- Turkish coast guard rescued the immigrants on sinking boat, trying to flee to Greece, in Bodrum on Thursday.
Total 33 immigrants of Syrian origin, including 6 women and a child, were on board of a 8-meter dinghy, half filled with water, when the coast guard team found them on the edge of trans-boundary waters, between Turkey and Greece.
The immigrants taken on board of the coast guard boat and brought to land where they were passed to the gendarme.
