- Turkish construction sector's total turnover rose 50 percent faster than its production rise in 2014, according to the Construction Turnover and Production Indices data, released by Turkstat on Monday.
Calendar adjusted Turnover Index in Construction increased by 4.6 percent in 2014 compared with the previous year, while rise in Calendar adjusted Production Index stood at 3.0 percent over the same period.
Seasonally and calendar adjusted Turnover Index in Construction increased by 0.9 percent compared with the previous quarter in the IV. quarter of 2014 and rose by 0.6 percent compared with the same quarter of the previous year.
Seasonally and calendar adjusted Production Index in Construction fell by 0.7 percent compared with the previous quarter in the IV. quarter of 2014 and fell by 0.8 percent compared with the same quarter of the previous year.
