– The “rebellious leftists” within the ruling Greek party Syriza have formed a new political party, amid credit package disagreement within the party.
In run up to the expected snap polls in the end of September, some 25 MPs having left the Syriza party will enter the elections with their newly formed party Laaiki Enotita (Union of People) under the leadership of spokesperson of Left Platform Panayotis Lafosanis.
