- Turkish companies represent the fifth biggest group with 225 attendees in Hannover Messe, the world's leading trade fair for industrial technology, opened on Monday.
Total 6,290 companies from 67 countries are attending Hannover Messe, to remain open 5 days, with 2,657 companies from Germany, the biggest group, followed by Chine with 938 companies, Italy with 501 companies, India with 302 companies and Turkey with 225 companies.
"Turkish businessmen need easier access to the European Union countries" Dursun Topcu, Deputy President of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce said, pointing to the harder conditions launched by the EU for Schengen Visa.
The EU greged the Schengen Visa for the citizens of many countries, after the Charlie Hebdo massacre, in January.
