- Mobile operator Turkcell's general assembly, covering past five years, to be held on March 26, with 48 agenda items, according to the company's statement, delivered to the Public Disclosure Platform.
The statement said, "Turkcell Board of Directors has decided to convene the Annual General Assembly Meeting of our Company pertaining to the years of 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 on March 26 at 10.00 am at Turkcell Plaza, to discuss the attached agenda."
"Turkcell Board of Directors has not yet taken a resolution regarding the agenda item no. 38 "Amendment of the Articles of Association of the Company" the company added.
The assembly is set to discuss and approve the company's dividend policy as well.
