Boeing 737 Clashes With Ambulance Jet In Senegal

- A business jet of Hawker type affiliated to Senegalair, used as ambulance, has clashed with a Boeing 737-800 type passenger plane. While the ambulance jet has crashed, the 737-800 passenger plain affiliated to Ceiba Airlines made an emergency landing, on Sep. 5.

The ambulance plain has gone missing, after the incident where the passengers in the Boeing 737-800 type plane having departed from Ceiba Airport in Dakar have heard a sound of crash over 11,300 meters altitude.

The plane made an emergency landing onto the nearest airport, Malabo (Equatorial Guinea). The initial examinations showed damage on empennage of the passenger plane.

Following the incident, a research has been launched. The air traffic control data showed that the Hawker Siddeley HS-125 type business jet affiliated to the Senegalair Company carrying a French patient over Atlantic Ocean has gone missing. Research-rescue teams have been deployed to the region. Official statement declared five people in total, including two people from the aircrew, have been on the ambulance jet.

Senegal Minister of Tourism and Aviation, Maimouna Ndoye Seck made an official statement and declared the two planes had crashed on air. The Minister added that the ambulance jet was carrying a French patient from Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso, to Senegal.

While the researches continue to find the ambulance jet in Atlantic Ocean, a research commission was founded within the works.
