Dollar Is The Only Investment Tool To Yield Real Profit In March

- The US dollar was the only financial investment tool to yield real profit in March, according to the "rates of real profits created by means of financial investment" data released by Turkstat on Thursday.

Dollar, as one of the financial investment tools, yielded the only monthly real profit with the rates 4.10 percent and 3.95 percent according to Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) and Consumer Price Index (CPI) respectively.

According to D-PPI, investors of stock exchange, Euro, deposit interest, Government Domestic Debt Instruments (GDDI) and gold (ingot) lost by 6.70 percent, 0.71 percent, 0.64 percent, 0.54 percent and 0.27 percent, respectively.

According to CPI, investors of stock exchange, Euro, deposit interest, Government Domestic Debt Instruments and gold (ingot) lost by 6.83 percent, 0.85 percent, 0.78 percent, 0.68 percent and 0.41 percent, respectively.

US Dollar made the highest real profit with the rates of 9.99 percent according to D-PPI and 9.53 percent according to CPI, quarterly.

In the same period, investors of stock exchange lost by 6.38 percent and 6.77 percent according to D-PPI and CPI.

US Dollar made the highest real profit with the rates of 15.10 percent according to D-PPI and 11.86 percent according to CPI, bi-annually.

In the same period, investors of Euro made the highest loss with the rates of 3.40 percent and 6.12 percent according to D-PPI and CPI respectively.

The annual real profit rates of stock exchange were 21.20 percent and 16.47 percent according to D-PPI and CPI respectively.

However in the same period investors of Euro made the highest loss with the rates of 11.48 percent and 14.93 percent according to D-PPI and CPI.
