– The Interior Ministry announced the cancellation of the annual and casual leaves of the police staff under the General Directorate of Security, until further notice.
The arrangement was conveyed to governships of 81 provinces and the General Directorate of Security Headquarters and Provincial Organizations, through a statement signed by Undersecretary of Interior Ministry, Mükerrem Ünlüer.
“The annual and casual leaves of staff in charge at the General Directorate of Security Headquarter, Provincial Directorates of Security, Police Vocational Colleges and Police Training Centers are cancelled, until a further notice, beginning from Monday July 27, 2015.
The Interior Ministry urged that the personnel on annual and casual leave should get back on task, also that the security staff - appointed to the second region (oriental provinces) - should be broken off their duty, until the end of their shift on Monday July 20, until Wednesday August 5 at the latest.
