CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

This privacy notice aims to inform you as candidates in terms of the processing your personal data in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (the “DPL”) by Mynet İnternet Teknoloji A.Ş. (the "Company") as the data controller and to inform you about your rights under the DPL.

- Processing of Your Personal Data and Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

The Company processes your personal data for the purpose of initiating and performing/maintaining the recruitment process, and for evaluating and deciding for your suitability in a particular position within the Company. Details of data processing activities are explained in the table below:

We may use your personal data for the purposes that are compatible with the purposes listed above. In case we need to use your personal data for the purposes other than the ones listed above, we will inform you and explain our legal basis for processing.

Collection Method of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is either (i) shared by you or (ii) collected from third parties you specified as referees. As the data collection method may vary depending on the means of your application, the data may be collected physically through physical documents or electronically and it may be processed by partially automated methods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

We share the personal data you shared during the recruitment process with the Data Center Service Provider Company that provides hosting services on the basis of data controller’s legitimate interest (Article 5 (2) (f) of DPL) through the servers.

Your Rights

Within the scope of the legislation on the protection of personal data, in order to exercise your rights pursuant to Article 11 of the DPL, you may submit an application in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller";

by e-mailing kvkk@mynetgroup.com by using your e-mail address which you have previously informed the Company and that is registered at Company’s internal systems, or
by e-mailing to our registered e-mail address mynet@hs01.kep.tr

If your application requires a cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
